My role
Delivered successful, legally compliant digital solutions for web and native app as part of Capital One’s Product Design team. Improved collaboration across product and tech teams, from concept through launch. Contributed as part of a dedicated sub-team to the creation and ongoing maintenance of the design system, Plastic. Produced visual assets such
as user-testing materials, infographics, and print collateral.

I overhauled the mobile payment plans journey in native app, introducing gamification and streamlining the process and within four months sign-ups via mobile surpassed both web and voice channels. I also redesigned the arrears collection flow, reducing cognitive load for customers, driving a £6M annual uplift in payments (£800k profit). I was also part of launching a new homepage that doubled account sign-ups in it's first week, and modernised a financial education page, Persistent Debt Hub, increasing engagement with a 400% longer average visit time vs the average time on other co.uk pages.
